West Brickmont Volunteer Fire Department

Apparatus

Engine 311

Engine 311 is the workhorse of the WBVFD. It is a 1995 E-One Hurricane that was bought with a FEMA Grant. Some bodywork was with a 1500 GPM pump and 1000 gallon water tank. It carries extrication equiptment, and ILS Medical Equiptment. It responds first out on all calls.

Squad 312

312 is a 1983 Sixby Converted Bread Truck. It carries all the equiptment not normally found on a fire truck. It is the last truck to leave the station for fires.

Tanker 313

Tanker 313 is a 2009 Pierce Arrow XT with a 1500 GPM pump, 2000 gallon water tank, and 65 ft Aerial Ladder. After the tornado hit the town, FEMA gave the town a grant to convert the tanker into a multi-purpose vehicle (and to buy a new engine), after the loss of Engine 312. The Body was lengthened to accomidate a stabilizer, and some other bodywork was done to allow for dual Hydraulic ladder racks, and the Aerial Ladder. 313 rolls out second for all calls, but first on structure fires.
